Are Your 'ABS' Really Made in The Kitchen?

By Ian Graham of www.foodforfatloss.com

Your abs are made in the kitchen. How many times have you heard that statement or had a trainer tell you that? Numerous times I'd say.

Many trainers nowadays will make this statement in an attempt to stress the importance ones nutrition has on attaining six-pack abs.

Protein pancakes can often come up short on taste, and more often than not some of the ingredients used are less than ideal.

How did they turn out? AMAZING... that's how. The actual pancake batter came out way better than ever before. Protein pancakes made with whey protein often come out very dry and lacking texture... well not these bad-boys.

The only minor problem is that they are so soft and fluffy, they can be a little hard to flip over without them breaking up in the pan/skillet... but even sloppy warrior pancakes taste great to me. Here's what you'll need to make your warrior pancakes... continue reading
